Given the challenges of learning from home, MAP Growth test results are especially helpful for us this year.
MAP Growth tests measure a student’s academic achievement, not their ability.
Achievement on the NWEA tests is evidence of what a student has learned and can do with approximately 50 percent accuracy within subject areas: math, reading, language usage, and science.
NB: Ability describes a student’s capacity to learn, independent of what has been achieved. NWEA’s tests and reports do not measure or report a student’s capacity or ability to learn.
